What is the difference between EVA foam, Espuma EPE, and sponge foam

1. Espuma EVA (Acetato de etileno vinil)

Características:

• Fine and uniform cell structure (superfície lisa)
• High elasticity and toughness
• Good water resistance and durability
• Can be corte, formado pelo calor, laminated, ou impresso easily
• Density range: 30–300 kg/m³
• Disponível em various colors and hardness levels

Typical Uses:

• Sports mats, yoga blocks, swimming belts
• Packaging inserts (high-end electronics, ferramentas)
• Shoe soles, kneeling pads, brinquedos

Pros: Smooth finish, durável, personalizável, não tóxico
Cons: Slightly more expensive than EPE

2. Espuma EPE (Polietileno Expandido)

Características:

• Lightweight with larger air bubbles / open cells
• Soft and flexible, excellent absorção de impacto
